South Carolina Man Killed in Single Vehicle Accident

Elbert County Deputy Coroner Beth Seymour has identified an individual who died as a result of a 1 vehicle motor vehicle accident that occurred at approximately 06:30 a.m. on January 25th, 2022 near the intersection of Montevideo Road and Hwy 368 in Elberton.
According to Deputy Coroner Seymour, Mr. Aubrey Timothy Ray Brown of a Iva South Carolina address was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
Members of EMS, Elbert County Fire Department, First Responders, Elbert County Sheriff’s Office, GSP, and the Coroner’s office responded.
The incident is being investigated by the Georgia State Patrol.
